CONTRACT

Payment is required after a sketch is approved, in full. Paypal is the only accepted payment option at this time. Paypal address is meteorrific@gmail.com . I require a small fee to cover paypal fees.
I retain the right to sell prints or publish (digitally or through a book) any commissions I complete. I will charge a fee if you require the image not to be posted or printed.
No prints may be made of my work without my express permission. There may be no re-sale of my original or printed work without my permission.
I retain the right to refuse any commission for reasons including but not limited to: subject matter I am uncomfortable with, bad reptutation of the commissioner, current or future work load.
I refuse to do any work that includes the following: hate speech or imagrey against any particular race, religion, or sexuality (this does not include WWII uniforms, or costume related fetishes, OR historic imagery), injury or breaking of fingers or eyes, violence towards other people's characters or avatars without express permission from the other person, artwork that includes other people's characters or avatars without their permission, except in the case of gifts, in which something must be worked out between the commissioner and artist.

That if you cause severe mental trauma to several people throughout your adult life, not only harrassment, but stalking, document falsification, etc etc etc... and later on, a third party contributes to an article on a drama site about those and other incidents, making fun of you, you should be morally outraged?

Well, of course. You should be able to run away from the people you have hurt (not to mention, all over a character which you ripped off to begin with), and you know, never get your internet-ass-kicked for it.

Thats ok. It really is. Just gives more fuel for the article.
